A Case of Sudoriparous Angioma

Abstract

|
We herein describe a case of sudoriparous angioma in which hyperplasia of eccrine sweat glands and of vascular elements are present in the same lesion.
The patient was a 3-year-old female who had a tender, hyperhidrotic nevus flammeus-like erupticn on her left shoulder area since birth.
Histopathological examination revealed multiple dilated capillary channels in the upper and mid-dermis, and an increased number of dilated eccrine glands in the lower dermis.
